Directions
Bring three cups of water to a boil &add one cup of heavy cream. Whisk in 1 cup of Sarge's grits, and add a half stick of butter & salt to taste. Reduce heat to a low simmer and cook for fifteen minutes. For creamier grits cook longer and add liquid as needed
